Attic is inspired by earthy tones, handcrafted cane furniture, bamboo textures, and tropical details, a space designed to help you unwind after a day in Kochi. Small in size, thoughtfully designed in every detail, and located just 800 metres from the highway.

House Rules

We appreciate you taking the time to read these house rules and hope you enjoy the stay with us.

  • Check-in: 2 PM. Check-out: 11 AM.
  • All adult guests must share a valid government-issued photo ID before check-in. Lock codes are shared once IDs are received.
  • Please keep wet and dry waste separate using the designated bins. For larger quantities of waste, kindly use the disposal bins downstairs.
  • Please keep noise to a minimum between 10 PM and 8 AM for quiet hours.
  • Smoking is not permitted indoors. The 3rd floor terrace is the designated smoking area.
  • Please return the key to the outside lockbox and switch off the lights, AC, and other appliances.
  • As this is a residential neighbourhood, parties and events are not permitted.
  • Only registered guests are permitted unless approved by the host in advance.
  • Please treat the home as your own and help us maintain its cleanliness for everyone to enjoy.

Also good to know

  • Pets are not allowed.
  • Commercial photography and filming are not permitted without prior host approval.
  • Early check-in and late check-out are offered on the basis of availability.
  • Stays of 5 nights or longer include one free cleaning. Just let us know your preferred day.
  • The building does not have an elevator; access is via stairs.
  • CCTV cameras monitor the building entrance and outdoor areas.
  • Food, groceries, and essentials are easily ordered through Swiggy, Zomato, Blinkit, and Zepto.
